The traditional real estate strategy focuses on foot traffic and a shopping district’s popularity. Yet, e-commerce companies have access to data that historically didn’t exist in retail — the location of their customers. Brin has worked with companies like Bonobos, Interior Define, Todd Snyder, Purple, Rowan, and more, to translate that data into visuals and tools for sourcing the best real estate. She currently works in partnership with RetailUnion.

Brin works with brands to:

Identify the most cost-efficient retail locations

Using e-commerce data to build tools and GIS maps, Brin ensures brands are sourcing the most successful locations. She can not only project revenue for new locations but also help select a site that will maximize performance.

Analyze data and gather significant insights

Brin has worked across disciplines in real estate and understands the whole process. However, her expertise is in analyzing the data and financials of a potential location. She replaces the need for an in-house analyst.

Build tools and a strategy for retail expansion

Brin builds and shares tools that help brands execute long-term retail expansion. She can review the strategy over time, but the goal is to hand it off to brands for independent implementation or to work with her partner, RetailUnion.
